where to get this Sand Toronto Canada

    Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where to find this sand in toronto and if it is not available what could be used instead. Also how does 2" of this on the bottom a Seaflor Special Grade Sand 1" on top for ease of syphoning since it will be fish only.

    Thank You
    Terry

You could try our LFS Search to find the ones in your area... 99% of the stores listed have a phone number... HTH

Ouch by comparision I put a 2" sand bed in a 10g for $30 using argonite...

I think I'll have to have a look for that sand next time I'm in the US.

    Cheers!

Krugar, it goes by the name Southdown Tropical Play Sand at Home Depot and Yard Right at Lowes - just different labelling for different companies.

I've seen it in Aquarium Depot in Brampton. I am sure it is not $3.50 a bag though.
