I just got my new tank which has a coast to coast overflow and a new sump which still has a few small part to add.

looks good ... IMO you should paint or cover the edges and back of the overflow box because it will be difficult to clean in there and water circulation below the outputs will be lacking. Algae may decide that it is a wonderful place to live.

I was thinking about that, but wasn't really really sure If I needed to do that. I'll do it sometime this weekend, thanks for the tip. There is also a small strip of plastic going over the top so that will probably stop it somemore. Also keep the jumpers from going over it.
Another question if I may. I was planning on using a mag24 for the return on this but was wondering since I own 2-mag9s would it be enough flow for it.

Maybe a dumb question but the baffles look very close to the ends. How will you fit a pump or drain in the space?

The return pump{s} will be in the main part of the sump.A compartment is yet to be glued in until I figure weather to go with 2 or 1 pumps. Once it is complete I will post pics of the final product. The lines to the sump will be fed from the top of the sumpfrom bothe ends.Sorry that part wasn't ready when taken when the pictures were done.
