    Book Suggestion?

I just got a $10 Barnes and Noble gift card in the mail.
I will stop by the store on my way home to pick something up with it.
Do you guys have any good suggestions for a book to get? all the books i have were mainly newbie type books when i first started my tank.

Eric Borneman's book "Aquarium Corals" is awesome if you don't already have it. I've used mine so much the pages are falling out. Should have gotten hard cover.

It's the same book. Hardcovers are always printed before paperbacks.

there is also a third author on the paperback.
i guess if they have them both there, i will take a look to make sure everything is the same.
I too prefer hardcover books, but i always like the latest edition as well.
see that, even buying a book on reefs is complicated. nothing is simple in reefkeeping.

To the best of my knowledge, Borneman should be the only author of that book (I have it as well and like it). I think Veron does the foreward. If Susan and I are talking about the same book the ISBN is 1890087483..just to be sure.

but i dont see veron on the hardcover.
i will get the hardcover anyway. i guess that $10 card gives me a free upgrade.

There is also "Reef Invertebrates" by Fenner & Calfo. Scott Micheals book on fish ( don't remember the exact title of it now). There is also an excellant book by Sprung on corals similar to Eric B's book. What type of book are you looking for though because there are many more I can list?

    i ordered eric b's book.
well the truth is, i dont have much outside of the newbie books. just the "ultimate marine aquariums" which shows nice tank set ups and also the "Marine Atlas" all three books.

I just got the book today - it looks AWESOME. I cant wait to read every last page of it!! (it will probably take forever, but there is just so much info in there).
P.s. Susan, I am so happy i got the hardcover, thanks for recommending the book and thanks for pushing me to get the hard cover - you never steer me wrong.
