    Fuge Lighting QUestion

I want to change the lights on my fuge from 2x15 W NO bulbs to 1 65 W 50/50 bulb, PC my question is that i have a dual PC ballast, that runs 2 x 65 W PC bulbs, i only want one on my fuge because its so small, is there any concerns just running one bulb, i don't think there would be but i just wanted to make sure. Also will it waste energy or just use the 65W for the one bulb ?
