    sun polyp not opening

I got sun polyp week ago and it is not opening,it budds up littlebit over night and maybe 1or2 open fully but the rest of them just budds. I spot feed it with cyclopeeze in evening
    and GP in morning.
    any advice?

Much patience is required to get these guys to open. Keep feeding them at the same time each day and they'll learn after a while and open up on cue.

Flame is right on, once you get a schedule going it'll open up much more.

You may also want to try power-feeding it. Get a small bowl and fill it with tank water and add an airline to generate some circular flow. Remove the sun polyp from the tank(the air won't damage it) and put it in the bowl and add your cyclopeeze...brine shrimp. cut up mysis shrimp, zooplankton...anything meaty and small enough to float in the water column. Do that every day for an hour or so and you'll have polyps out in no time! Plus ypu'll get some great growth.

You can also cut the top off of a 2 litre bottle and set it over the sun polyp like a dome, then target feed it. It keeps the food from going everywhere and keeps other fish from stealing it as well. The only problem is that it sinks to the bottom rather quickly...the bowl method works much better.

That's a great start and a very healthy looking coral. I'd try feeding it while it's open just that much. They don't have to be fully open to eat. Something small like frozen brine shrimp would be easy for it to eat. If you have some Selcon add a few drops to make it more nutritous and tempting to the coral.
