    I've been using a Phosban reactor for a couple weeks. Too early to tell if it really is going to work, but the hair algea isn't getting any worse.

    I noticed you were looking for a phosphate reactor. I have not used one but would be interested to know how they perform. Anyway I found a site in California that sells 2 models that both looked interesting. The web site is located at;

    www.customaquatic.com

    Look under the product drop down menu then you will find phosphate reactors in the section listed under Filtration.

    Hope this helps.

    I have read several threads on RC whereas SPS were adversely affected and bleaching events occured during it's use.

    You may want to look into Rowaphos instead.

    I have also read similar threads, mostly debated by randy holmes, but i've also talked to alot of experienced sps reefers that say they wouldn't go without them, so its a toss up

    I should say too, maybe harley can make me something similar to that for a good price, it seems that all it is is a acrylic chamber with two tubes at the top

    Mark... we could get one of these in but I would recommend just getting harley to build you one... its just a hangon canister filter.
