    Best way to remove zoos?

    Hi all,

I bought a nice colony of orange zoos last year and they've spread onto a 8 lb piece of rock. *I'd like to remove some - can I peel them off the rock? or do I have to try to take chunks of rock with them? *The rock is very 'lumpy' so I don't think I can scrape them easily.

    Any suggestions appreciated *

Hey Cat... just a word of advice... wear gloves if your going to be working with the zoo's... some of them are extremely toxic. *We have an article around here somewhere... I'll look around for it and post reference.

Definately wear gloves...i would try to chip off some of the rock with the zoos attached...then sell or trade them...

Yeah, one guy posted on r.c. about landing in hospital - he'd squashed a nudi that ate zoos and ended up with heart palpitations

Gonna find a good chisel - with me luck
