    ID PLease

    does anyone know what this is? it came on a blue sponge and then moved up about 12 inches of rock in about 2 days.  Thanks in advance.

    It's a probably a pest anemone, likely a majano anenome..

    Definately some type of anenome. I had one similar to this year ago. &nbsp;It will sting your corals and can be a pest. &nbsp;If it stays isolated then you can enjoy it for a while. &nbsp;Mine was on my sand bed. &nbsp;Just watch it doesn't touch and corals.
    The only thing two reef keepers will agree on, is what the third reef keeper is doing wrong!

    hrrmmm as you can see from the pic.. it moved right into a huge colony of star polyps :/
