    id please

    A friend from the lfs brought this over, its a small orange cluster of ......... they are on an old feather duster casing with some sort of clam? attached to the end, one colony is on the shell and the other is on the casing itself, the pictures a little blurry probably my fault not the camera's.

    I've seen these before. They are eggs but I can't remember now what kind. Some kind of snail I believe.

    thats the best i can do, i don't think there eggs of any kind it is some kind of living organism.

    hard to tell, could be a sponge or a tunicate (sea squirt) of some kind- generally not dangerous, but usually doesn't live very long in a tank.
