    IDs Please....

    I found those at the base of my Leather Shroom... They have the shape of a mini Xenia, is that what it is?

    Also, my sand bed is covered in brownish stuff. Can anybody ID?

    aptasia.. for the first one and maybe diatoms for the second?

    I thought aptasia also for first photo, but if you look close, the tenticles have a "featherish" look. My aptasia does not have this, plain tenticles. something else?

    Second one a little unclear in photo, sorry

    yeah hippo, I saw lots of pics of aiptasia, none look like those I have. plus there's a ton of them.
    They all have 6 "arms" that are "hairy". The color is brown...
    HTH

    PS: I hope it's not aiptasia... that would suck..

    second one, cyno [black color possible] you should see bubbles appearing in it soon.

    first pic, What is GSP? Sorry I'm a bit new to the hobby... good guys or bad guys?

    2nd pic: Yes I have bubbles indeed... is cyno = cyano? How to get rid of it?

    I think the first pic is indeed anthelia or some sort of encrusting xenia.
    the second looks like cyano.
