I sent it CANADA POST. I put no value for customs as its being sent for repair and you already paid the tax/duty. you can write that on the box were you put ICECAPS address.
Is the ballast under warranty?? normally 3 years. there the best in customer relations.

Oh & don't let them use UPS for the return on it. UPS tries to charge a "brokerage" fee on anything coming from the US, even if it doesn't need any brokering.

    Cheers!

    Cool

you do not need to use UPS or any other. I sent it ground CP and ICECAP sends it ground US mail. I just got back my ballast last week plus I sent one in before christmas FEDEX and FEDEX charged ICECAP! but ICECAP never charged me! I love them for there service and products. I will be using all MH ballasts.

they don't make duals as far as I know? Wouldn't want a dual anyways in case 1 stopped working then you'd lose the light of 2 when sending it in. IMO there the best ballasts on the market. small, light weight, light most lamps, use high frequency sweep. soft start. just to many good things about them.

    Paaty,

If it can't be fixed, they'll send you a new one. Knowing Andy, he'd take one off of his own aquarium to send you, if it ever came to that. They are a class act.
