    Travelling Toronto-Mtl with frag?

    Hi,

I will be Fly to Toronto Tomorow (from Montreal) and I was thinking of bringing back a frag or two...

Are there any issue with the airlines and security if I carry a couple of frags with me? Obvisouly, there is no issue with crossing borders, but I'm asking none the less as I want to avoid any bad surprised.

    Thanks,

    -yvest

Call the airline, they can better advise you on the rules for allowances, and the carrying of live items.

I recall reading somewhere there is an issue with the salt water being transported in the cabin. Just cant remember id it was here or on Canreef. As sara said, you may want to check with the airline.

I brought SW fish back from St, John's NL to Fredericton,NB and they had no problem with that.

This is the list of prohibited items.

Nothing about livestock but this is listed:

Liquids that are unidentifiable in unmarked containers

So you may need some form of labelling...

Did you keep it as carry on and did you get asked questions about it? I guess they are more familiar with fish then corals...
