    not really a summer reefer

i dont know if im the only one, but i have noticed that i dont spend as much time working on and enjoying my reef in the summer. dont get me wrong i still enjoy it and do all that needs to be done to keep it running fine. although, i dont go on those "just looking" visits to the lfs and also i tent to slack a little on the testing and water changes.

then come fall and i start spending more time and money on my tank.

anyone else go through these high and low seasons.

actually, probally 90% of us summer is just way to short so we do all those things we can't do in the winter.

I tend to run/ manage my tank about the same year round. I am pretty slow ans study with my tank. However I don't tend to buy stock in summer because the selection is not as good. likely due to the lowered interest level that most hobbyist show during summer.
