    Tank Crash...

Over the weekend my gf who has been watching my tank over the summer left town and something went wrong in my tank and I lost half my livestock and I am not sure how my corals are going to fair.
I got her to check my nitrates, nitrites and ammonia levels - all which are within safe levels. She put in some carbon to remove some of the toxinsand we will see how the tank is doing over the next couple days.
I just wanted to give a heads up incase we need someone to help us out and hold onto some of our corals and such in a hospital tank if they have one (as I do not have one large enough to store everything while my tank is getting better) as we try to get things to even out.
    I will keep everyone updated.
    Thanx

I have a QT tank that is currently empty (other than water, pumps and such).
If you need some space, let me know.

Thank you for the offers everyone. This is Pat's gf. Everything seems to have leveled off for now. The anenome has opened up and looks happy, the frog spawn is closed but definitely still alive. We still have some alive hermit crabs (gonna pick up a new cleaning crew) and the clown fish seems happy. Not sure if the polyps, mushrooms or zoos will make it though. I will let you know pwall or yellowtang if I need a qt tank.

I think the cause of the problem was that either my cucumber got lost (can this happen??) or something harased him till he died, then he in turn killed everything...

If a sea cucumber feels it's in danger, it will expel it's internal orgrans which will polute the water. Not good.

I always talk nicely to my cucumber..
