    McMaster Carr sells Acrylic solvents.

    www.mcmaster.com
    search for "weld on 16"
"weldon" or "weld-on" doesn't find it as well.

They ship out of Toronto (and maybe elsewhere in Canada), so, you shouldn't have to worry about the border.

According to McMaster Carr's writeup, Weldon 3 begins to set in 30-45 seconds. Weldon 4 begins to set in 2-3 minutes.

This can make the difference in assembly time. Weldon 16 is better used for small jobs and to run a sealing bead around a questionable joint, but, it has a much longer workable time. Weldon 16 can also be used for "bonding acrylic, rigid PVC, ABS, polystyrene, butyrate, and polycarbonate to themselves and to each other."

Well, again, I know that Canus carries them (free with a purchase of solvent), but, I haven't seen them elsewhere.
