    Wavemaker Question

Could everybody using wavemakeer please post cycles you're using and durations of the cycles.
I mean,...what sequences you're powerheads are turning on and off and for how long each powerhead stays on at the time???

well, hmm theres many settings on the wavemaker. do you not have the manual?
I actually never timed it but I just kepted mine on ''MARINE settings so as to keep the power heads on longer.

    No, JR.
I never used on. I'm working on DIY wavemaker.
I want to see what settings people like the best.
That includes time each PH is on and also what pattern they like 1-2-3-4 or 1-3-2-4 or "front 2-back 2"... things like that.
I'm building a cheap one for myself and I'll most likely make it in 2 patterns (1-2-3-4 and 1-3-2-4).
If you have a link for online manual for wavemaker or if you have a pdf manual for one, could you send it to me.
    Thx.

AHH COOL. what I liked was setting power heads to come on at different times at each end of the tank. for instance, the left side flowing to the right and then reverse [like a tide] but the wave makers don't have long cycles and I wanted mine in hours not seconds.
digital timers work good for this
