    New Addition!

Went home last night and realized that the BF bought me a new fish! A Bi-Color Blenny! Cute little guy, but he went behind my Zoo rock and hasn't come out since! Is this normal for them? How long before I can expect to see him "out and about!"?

Why is it called "cargo" when it goes by ship, and "shipment" when it goes by car?

I'm gonna say only when u feed him... blennies are pretty lucritive animals... :biglaugh2

thought i had one that comes out and scooters about the sand bed once in a while...

they like to hide.. so if u want to see him, i suggest making him a little home u think he'll most liekly want to move into somewhere u can see clearly

i did that for my goby.. the only decent hiding spot is the one i provide!
    lol

I added a bicolor blenny to my tank about 3 months ago. At first my royal gramma harassed him too. kept him holed up in the rock. Eventually, he found a pice of turf to call his own and has become a bully, psuhing aroung my lawn mower and gramma if they get too close.

Give him time to find a little cave of his own to watch the tank from and a lights out to settle the tang down, they should eventually forget about each other.

I think you mean secretive? Unless your blenny makes money for you?

Their pretty shy as a rule as many of the smaller fishes are. Give him time to know it's safe to pop his head out from time to time.

I think you'll find these guys suprisingly aggressive for their size. He loves to perch on my monty caps and take a run at anyone who gets too near.
