Looks way better if you ask me. More natural and bright. Good idea on the switch. I would have thought that the 10K's would have looked yellower but it looks just right if you ask me.

Thanks, giving it a try to see how the corals like it. Although I do think that the tank looked allot better with the Radiumís.

Tony, the tank is looking awesome!
Be carefull with the new lights- switching from 20k to 10k can shock the corals- I'd reduce the time that the lights run for a few weeks and them bring up the duration slowly. Sometimes 10k bulbs can actually "sunburn" the corals when they are used to 20k.
Question: I see a coral that is just to the right of the purple branched coral that you were looking to ID a few weeks ago. In the shot just before the first clam shot, it is just to the right of the purple one in the top left of the shot. It has pointed branches and light green polyps.
Those corals are growing like crazy!

Yup the corals are really growing like MAD! I have the new lights over the tank for a week now and I havenít noticed any ill effects. I know I should of placed egg create over the tank but I didn't. I guess I was very lucky. The only coral that I noticed a difference in is the birds nest and it's REALLY starting to look good!
