    Won Heater

I just picked up a won heater/thermostat, Pro Heat II 150W and highly recommend it! I lost a red starfish :bawling: due to an old (not sure of the make) 100W (for my 35g I guess this wasn't enough) heater that didn't keep the temperature at a steady temp. The temp always fluctuated between 78 and 82. I even got rid of the old thermostat as it took too long to react to the temp change of the water. I love this new titanium heater!!! :jump3:

I usually make sure there is good flow,
    the unsteady temp is problematic
i find i get most heat from my lights though

Those titanium heaters are quite nice -- I use one in an African cichlid tank.
