    Help with calculations

Ok. I know it's sort of simple, but I just can't get my numbers right. Can someone help me.

I'm premixing ALK in ro water and I have it in a 250ml bottle. The label says 200L @ 16g = a change of 1meq/L

I have a 40L tank. How much g's of reef builder (alk) should I premix in the 250ml bottle so that by only using 20ml, it will raise the alk by about 1meq/L?

I'm going to premix cal in a 250ml bottle also. How much g's should I use so that 10ml would raise the ppm by about 50? Dry calcium.

    I just can't get it :@

for the Alk, you mean adding 16gram in 200L of aquarium will increae 1meq/L, right?
if so, then 40gram for the 250ml bottle.

For calcium, what type of calcium powder is it and any instruction on it?
    Hardwares: 50G reef tank, 30G sump & ~55lb Indo/Fiji LR. Finnex 36"x4 T5 lights, Coralife Superskimmer 220g, Mag9.5 return and SEIO820+MJ600 PH.
Corals: zoosss, mushrooms, hammer, torch, fogsprawn, blasto, crocea clam, RBTA
Fish: Percular clown PJ cardinal, royal gramma, yellow watchman goby, 3x chromis.
